Kind of reminds me of all the other vacant buildings in Merced, from the old Albertsons store that’s been empty for a decade, or the Merced “Dead-Star” building, which is an eyesore! Or all those vacant stores on Main Street. Now we got the old UA Movie theater that another eyesore! Well, at least the guy that owns the Bear Creek Galleria has bought the office building right across the street, and he also bought the Big-lots and Michael’s building, and renovating them!
